Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ZEBROL Lubricants, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to supply products that meet quality standards and customer requirements. This policy outlines the terms applicable to order cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been dispatched, shipped, or handed over to a logistics partner, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Customers are requested to carefully review product specifications, packaging sizes, quantities, and application requirements before placing an order.

Due to the nature of lubricants, greases, oils, and industrial products, returns may not be accepted once products have been delivered and accepted by the customer unless the product is received in a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect condition.

In the event that a customer receives damaged, defective, leaking, tampered, or incorrect products, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting photographs, videos, invoices, batch details, and other relevant information may be requested for verification purposes.

Upon verification and approval of a claim, ZEBROL Lubricants may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement product, credit adjustment, or refund as deemed appropriate.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase. Processing timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, financial institutions, and payment service providers.

Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, contamination, misuse, unauthorized modifications, incorrect application, or failure to follow manufacturer recommendations shall not qualify for replacement or refund.

Bulk orders, dealer orders, distributor orders, industrial supply contracts, special procurement orders, custom-packed products, and made-to-order products may be subject to separate commercial terms and may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production or dispatch has commenced.

ZEBROL Lubricants reserves the right to evaluate all cancellation, replacement, return, and refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may request additional documentation before processing any claim.
